Arduino Inverter Circuit topologies

I wrote about many Arduino based inverter and shared its circuit diagram. Now here I want to share them in one place so that I(and you) can compare the difference between those various inverter circuits.

I start with showing the Simple Inverter with Arduino designed with only two MOSFET switches and two BJT transistors.Arduino Inverter Circuit Diagram

Arduino SPWM Inverter Circuit Diagram

This circuit is also called push pull topology. It uses two N-channel MOSFETs IRFZ44 driven by two BJT transistors 2N2222A. The bases of these BJT transistors are connected and controlled by the digital pins 10 and 9. It uses three primary and two secondary winding transformer

The next Arduino based Inverter circuit diagram is shown below.

This output is connected to the two N-channel IRF540N and two P-channel IRF9540 mosfet in H-bridge configuration and so this is a H-bridge inverter circuit controlled using Arduino. These mosfets are driven by 2N2222A BJT transistor.

These are just the mosfet swiches configuration or spatial arrangement. The Arduino can be replaced with for example 555 Timer inverter and CD4047 multivibrator IC diy inverter
